First of all, yays, another youtube video! Expect lots of content! 'Do you like me now?' is a performance video of a supposedly quiet girl in her late teens portraying in an exaggerated manner what she thinks society has presented as likeable features in girls. It starts off with a quiet introduction to her performance and about 43 seconds in, she starts the act. Instead of simply talking about what happens next, you should see it for yourself.
How popular is it and why?
It's very popular for a viral video, with the average viral video going at around 200k-400k a week at it's peak. This video is currently at 1,098,000 and increasing, which is not very bad at all. The popularity is likely triggered by tumblrs viral nature, as the poster is a pretty well known tumblr. It was then shared and spread from tumblr to other websites until it was posted on reddit which as we all know is a viral-machine. It was later featured on thedailywhat, Ray William Johnsons, equal three show, buzzfeed.com, huffingtonpost and starali.Statistics?

The "Do you like me now?" trend on google hasn't changed much, likely because of all the songs, lyrics and albums with the same text.
How long will it last?
The views rate is already deaccelerating, but with viral videos we know that hardly means anything. I estimate it'll stabilize at around 20,000 to a bold 50,000 after the full saturation. I'm only making these estimations based on other viral videos with similar popularity and attributes, so don't take my words as a fact.
